Pay attention to the integrity, expansion, and cracking of the large propeller, tail rotor, and tail boom during the cleaning process, as well as whether the fastening screws on the fuse holder are loose.


2. Checking the lubrication of gears and bearings in crop protection drones. For long-term operation of crop protection drones, the transmission oil should be regularly checked for aging, and if it is aged, it should be replaced in time; If the first flight of the crop protection drone has not been used for a long time, it also needs to be checked and confirmed. The transmission oil should be replaced after 10 hours of flight, and then every 30 hours of flight. Pay attention to checking the condition of the reducer's grease and for any leaks. In addition, it is necessary to check the two bearings that fix the tail shaft, and it is recommended to clean them daily during operation. At the same time, attention should be paid to the loss of copper inserts. It is necessary to ensure a smooth takeoff of the crop protection drone.


3. Technical maintenance of the crop protection drone's battery is also very important. Before each use, it is necessary to measure whether the battery charge is sufficient to ensure the balance of pressure differences between the two batteries and between cells. If it is not used for more than three days, the battery voltage should be controlled at 3.85V, and the battery should be charged 2-3 times a month. Proper use and maintenance of the battery can increase the number of battery uses, thereby saving costs.


4. Annual maintenance of crop protection drones. After one year of use, it is necessary to inspect the entire crop protection machine, and the drone can be returned to the factory for technical maintenance and repair if the distance is short and convenient for transportation; In case of long distances, specialists from the crop protection drone manufacturers can come to the door for maintenance.
